Summary: It's a good downtown dog friendly location with safe parking. Minor issues to either tell future guests or correct: blinds are not working; blinds have what look like blood or red beverage spots; building controls AC and heating being turned on or off so in unseasonably warm fall weather, the apt was quite hot; floor garbage disposals are not usable so guest has to drop it off in the back alley. I know this neighborhood well and it isn't safe especially at night and especially in back alleys. Please advise guests accordingly. Clean up was quite easy and supplies were available. However, why do we pay cleaning fees and also have to clean the unit? Dog patio on the 4th floor (I think!) was an amazing convenience, as were the laundry facilities. I learned the hard way that I needed the garage fob to exit the garage after checking out and leaving it in the unit as instructed. Luckily a tenant let me out. Now that I know the ins and outs of this property, I would stay again with my dog.
