Summary: This property is in an excellent location in Colorado Springs. The property is not well maintained. I looked at previous reviews and saw that the dishwasher was not working. I reached out to the property manager, as the review was older. I was told the dishwasher was operating. We had 12 family members and planned to enjoy meals at the house. Imagine my surprise when I couldn't get the dishwasher to work. In addition, the lazy susan was broken, the couch cushions were held on with safety pins, the yard was so over grown we couldn't let the kids play outside. I will give the beds a 4 star review. Despite the fact that the sheets were synthetic and hot to sleep on, the mattress was comfortable. We were there in late June and it was hot outside. The air-conditioning did a great job of cooling the house, until it shut off a11pm while we were all in bed and we woke up to a very warm house. I wouldn't stay there again.
