2 Bedroom Condo in Biggar, Fort Myers

**MONTLY RENTALS ONLY**
Bring your clothes and walk right in ! Everything you need is in this immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This second floor condo is in a smaller, quiet community, and boasts a nice swim pool and tennis court, about 100 feet from the unit. Our community is right off Gladiolas (in-between the church and Tortuga development) and a 2 minute walk to the lovely public library. We are 10 minutes to the Sanibel Causeway and 15 minutes from Ft. Myers beach. Within minutes to several grocery stores shopping, miniature golf, shell hunting, etc. Of course, lots of nice walking/bike paths for the exercise. Our condo is furnished nicely with a KING size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. High speed WIFI. We have local TV channels and streaming of most anything you'd want to watch on the TVs. The back screened-in lanai is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and all the pots/pans/dishes you'd need. Full size washer and dryer. Gas gill on the grounds for use.
Our HOA requires all renters submit a background check, which is your responsibility. In addition, we ONLY do rentals on a monthly basis (no daily or weekly rentals). Please feel free to call me with any questions

Summary: The condo is clean and well appointed. Annie was very accessible and responded very quickly to any inquiry that I had. I wanted the cable upgraded and that was done within an hour !! No real problems for the two months I stayed there. I don't cook so I didn't use the stove or oven at all. Just the microwave and toaster.
