Positive: Location was very central and the (third floor) flat was spacious and pleasant to be in.
Negative: Even though the booking (which I made on the day) was accepted, the bed wasn't made when I arrived and the bin was full (flat hadn't been serviced). I then went out and while I was out the host rang and apologised and said the cleaners were there now but couldn't get in (I'd taken the keys with me) so I said I'd make the bed if they left the stuff outside the flat (which they did). Even though it says that it has parking it wasn't clear to me that this meant the £25 a day underground car park which made it quite an expensive stay.
