Apartment has a small suntrap garden, terrace, lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Bathroom with WC, sink and shower plus separate WC on 1st floor. Fantastic views of the beach and the town of Sete. Property sleeps 6 with 1 double bedded room, 1 bedroom with large bunk beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, grill, coffee machine toaster & full set of kitchen utensils. Crockery and cutlery for 8 people. Superb stylish 1st floor terrace furniture with seating for 6 people. Garden and ground floor terrace with 2 sun loungers and 2 beach chairs. Large covered parking area. Easy walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants, with some within 100m. Hire of water sport equipment easily available on several places along the beach. Free secure WiFi

Summary: The proximity to the beach is very nice in every way. A big thank you to Nicole for the warm welcome. The house is well thought out and has enough space for two adults with two children. Everything was available and we lacked nothing. The campground across the street did not bother us. There are many attractions in the vicinity and the nearby amusement park was a great experience for the children. Overall, a very good stay that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks to Mr. Moses, we will be happy to come back. Wasitsch family
