Our 40's family waterfront home is year- round fun.
Walkable area or just minutes by car/ bus to downtown. Magnificent view of water, city, Cascades. A garden of roses, berries, grapes. Weekly housekeeper.
Outdoor heaters supplied. The large boat house has a dining area. WatchXmas ships & fireworks. Toys include 70's "disco boat", water trampoline, kayaks…!
House is very comfy, homey, quirky, artsy and funky like a cabin. **More photos coming after repainting and fixing up a couple areas.
