Positive: The apartment was very clean, and has a very good location (close to the M3 metro station and tram line 2 which is an excellent sightseeing line). There are a few nice small restaurants nearby. It is possible to rent a garage place in the same building for 10 Euros per day. The main ingredients are available in the kitchen.
Negative: No living room. Air-conditioning remote did not work.
Summary: Cosy apartment for a family stay in Budapest.
