LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Gateway Getaway is quiet and set back from traffic noise and busy streets, yet it is easily accessed from HWY 6 and within 500 yards of Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Cheddars, Fish Daddy’s, Wings-N-More and Panera Bread - just to mention a few. It’s also walking distance to shopping and it’s only 1.4 miles to Texas A&M University’s beautiful campus!
Gateway Getaway has an amazing floorplan that provides private and luxurious sleeping quarters. Features include 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, upstairs, as well as a half bath downstairs for guest use. Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, a brand new super quiet dishwasher, a full size fridge and a dining area with seating for six plus island dining space for two. The view from the townhome is fabulous and overlooks the community pool for easy access to a refreshing swim after watching the Aggies win at Kyle Field or Summer graduation.
The townhome includes a small quaint balcony upstairs and a patio with seating and a small propane grill for staying in and relaxing. Grab a book and read till your heart is content or play games late into the night.
