Enjoy a relaxing home close to the mouth of Provo Canyon in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal home to host your entire family. Included is a game room for all the kids and adults. 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Harmons Grocery store less than 0.2 miles away. Lots of restaurants close by, or stay in and cook your own meal with our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the large backyard with lots of grass, playground and bistro lights.

We are relaxed hosts and want our guests to have a great experience. We've been forced into unpleasant circumstances by guests that think they can deceive until they're in the space and then do whatever they want without consequence, so, unfortunately, we have to lay it down upfront. If you're slightly annoyed that you have to read through this, we are too.
1. We create and open up our spaces for others to enjoy, but have zero tolerance for disrespect to our property or of our neighbors' right to peace and quiet.
2. Our space is not for loud groups or parties; we keep a good relationship with our neighbors and are strict in regard to the volume or content of music, movies, and conversations. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. If these rules are pushed or broken we don't hesitate to cancel your reservation without refund, accept your forfeited deposit and get law enforcement involved if you choose not to leave civilly.
3. Please try to park in our driveway, and in front of our house only.
4. Use of the playground, toys, firepit and anything else pertaining to the home is at your own risk. Parental supervision on the playground is required. By booking and staying at this home, you assume all risk for yourself and all guests. Whether they are registered or not.
5. You are responsible for any negligence of your group during your stay. This includes but is not limited to, broken or damaged property, anything requiring extra maintenance and fees from our service provider, and making it unusable for the following guests. If this happens you will be responsible for incurred costs. We understand things happen and stuff breaks. Please notify us, so that we can resolve any issues.
5. Please use the makeup & towels provided and be mindful of make-up/hair dye etc. as we've had many sheets and towels ruined in this way over the years. You will be charged for replacements for damaged towels and bedding.
6. There is no smoking inside the house.
7. Please do not sleep on the couches, and any extra guests that exceed the occupation of the home will incur a fine.
8. We ask that you follow the check-out instructions to help us transition more efficiently between guests. Any additional cleaning required will incur charges contingent upon each case.
Animals
9. We love our furry friends that stay with us. Please help us keep this home animal friendly. Please pick up after your animals. This includes but is not limited to, toys, poop, kennels, etc. If there is any poop left in the backyard, a minimum of $50 charge will be incurred. There are shovels provided for you to pick up after your animals. If there is an excess of animal hair on the furniture, beds, or anywhere else in the home a minimum of $150 charge will be incurred. There are vacuums, lint rollers, and other cleaning supplies provided for you to clean up after your animal. If there are any additional holes, scratch marks, or damage, excess charges will be incurred.
Please be considerate while staying at our property. We want you and your guests to have a great experience, but please do not ruin it for us and future guests. Please use common sense, respect, and dignity.
