Summary: This is by far one of the pathetic hotel I have ever had in my life. Despite the fact that they are charging good amount but services are awful. The lady at service desk literally took 1.5 hours for 4 customers to check-in even immigration line at JFK airport or any line at DMV takes less time than that...this shows their low quality outdated service. Then we were informed it might take few hours more because rooms are not ready..whats the point of 3 PM check in time and 11 AM checkout time if they were unable to deliver room on time. There were no towels in rooms. Imagine coming from a beach to have shower in your hotel room and there were no towels.
