Two storey house of 200m² on a plot of 12.000m², consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, independent kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the utensils you may need for cooking, living room with smart-tv and comfortable sofas, dining room for 6 people, entertainment area with chill-out and ping-pong table, large swimming pool, terrace with outdoor furniture, impressive barbecue and beautiful covered picnic area.
Sineu is the geographical centre of the island of Mallorca. Those who have come here will experience total tranquillity and cultural history. The central location makes Sineu a strategic base for exploring the whole island. The authentic weekly market (every Wednesday) is visited by thousands of tourists and is the last weekly market with sale of domestic animals. In addition, you can admire and buy culinary and traditional handicrafts. In the centre of Sineu you will find small shops, cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and bakeries everywhere. A stroll through the old town is not to be missed.
