Only a two-hour drive from NY City, close to Minnewaska State Park, Mohonk Preserve and the Shawangunks. Enjoy miles of biking, hiking, and skiing or relax and enjoy family or friends in our peaceful home.
This is an old cottage that has been recently revived, no record in town of when the house was built. The spaces inside the house are small but cozy.
The space
INDOOR SPACE
The first floor includes 2 bedrooms and one full bathrooms, along with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The second floor includes additional 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom.
SLEEPING OPTIONS
Bedroom #1 downstairs: Queen Size Bed with windows facing to the forest, perfect to sleep in, no morning sun.
Bedroom #2 downstairs: Full Size Bed, this room is brighter in the morning, but no direct sun until 10-11 am
Bedroom #3 upstairs: Queen Size Bed, this room also enjoys the afternoon sun.
Bedroom #4 upstairs: Full Size Bed another room that faces the forest.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Set on 4.7 acres, the land is a corner property, not far from supermarkets and restaurants. The deck faces the Catskills mountains. We have a fire pit inside the enclosed garden and a gas grill.

Guests will be able to access the entire home and property. A Cabin coexist in the same land and could be rented for extra space (the cabin fits 4 people). The owner sometimes uses the cabin sometimes when the house is rented.
