Positive: The house was great & the location was perfect, well within walking distance to Old Bend, parks, shopping, bars, breweries, and restaurants. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect when we had 7 people all trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time.

Negative: The parking was tricky. They say there is parking for 3 rigs, but thank goodness we only had 2 because the garage was tiny & there was no way either of our trucks could fit. Then the neighbors kept parking in front of our house, so we had 1 truck in the driveway & the other on the street blocking it in. I guess that is what happens when you are in the historic district with the houses so close together. The beds were not very comfy. I like soft, but the master bedroom bed was REALLY soft. The other large bedroom bed felt like it had a futon mattress on it instead of a regular queen. The 2 twins were fine, and my nephew said the sofa bed was alright, too. The backyard is tiny, it had a hottub & dining table, which was all we needed, but it definitely needed the weeds pulled and some fall gardening done to spruce it up.
