Positive: The game room was perfect for our 20 somethings to hang out in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all wonderful, and updated. The home was bright and airy. The location in the heart of beautiful german village residential area was great for walking my mother's dog. Unfortunately the rainy weather kept us from taking advantage of the nice outdoor space.
Negative: The hall bathtub needed a bathmat since it was a bit slippery.
