3 Bedroom Cottage in Xonrupt-Longemer

We are two sisters who own several chalets with typical Vosges architecture.
Our chalets are located on the shores of Lake Longemer, on the edge of the forest a few kilometers from Gérardmer.
Ideal for a discovery of nature with the family and to relax in peace.
We advocate tranquility.
The Chamois chalet, a pleasant and comfortable semi-detached house with an area of 150 m2, can accommodate up to 8 travelers (ideal for 6 adults and 2 children).
It is composed of a pretty living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms, a bathroom and a room with SPA to relax. You can also enjoy a garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped integrated kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, raclette grill, electric BBQ) open to living room: wood stove, TV, DVD player.
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed
- 1 separate toilet
Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed with adjoining bathroom: washbasin & bathtub
- 1 bathroom: sink & shower
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 laundry room: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
- 1 spa room
Special case: it is exceptionally possible that we may have to empty the SPA between two tenants on the same day for reasons of hygiene and cleanliness. This causes its unavailability for 12 hours (heating time).
- 1 secure room for bikes & skis (access from the outside).
Floor:
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- 1 bathroom: sink, shower and toilet.
Exterior:
- An accessible garden with picnic table.
Enjoy a disconnected stay: ***No WIFI connection***
We advocate tranquility.
If you want to party or organize a EVJF / EVG, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you.

Cleaning equipment: vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment provided. Household products and toilet paper not provided.
Wood provided for the stove.
Household linen: bed sheets and towels not provided. Duvets, pillows, mattress protection, tea towels and bath mats provided.
We accept a maximum of one pet with a supplement (40€ for the stay).
