On the 1st floor: A first bedroom with 1 bed 120x190, a second bedroom with a bed 140x190 and a 3rd with a bed 140x190. The 3 bedrooms have their own adjoining shower room.
Outside: Courtyard and private garden, 1 table with chairs, a barbecue.
Access to the swimming pool located in the owners' garden is via the street about 30m away.
