Positive: Beautiful house in a beautiful location, very Provence-like. To go to the village you need to take the car, which is not a problem as there is plenty parking space. Property is small but very well equipped, all you need in the kitchen and even a washing machine in the bathroom, which can come in handy at times.
Negative: The window by the shower feels like the guests in the other apartment can see you from their terrace as there is no real fence yet. In reality all they could see is your face, but for feeling of privacy I’d recommend either a fence outside or even opaque window film would do the job.
