The apartment is part of a resort and makes an excellent base for families or friends who want a relaxed holiday in the sun with the option to explore this lesser-known but lovely region of southern Italy.
The apartment consists of a contemporary, open-plan living area, which is furnished with two sofas, a TV and a dining table. Next to the sofas, double glass doors open onto a shaded balcony, with a BBQ, dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. The modern, kitchenette, next to the dining table, is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
The resort offers a large communal swimming pool.

The laid-back town of Torre dell’Orso is blessed with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea, which is just 700m from the resort. The apartment is close to the town centre with its shops, restaurants and cafés for all budgets and tastes. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests.
The city of Lecce is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce (25 minutes) is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.
