This newly built semi-detached house is located in a quiet suburb of Moncton, a 10-minute drive from downtown and just a 7-minute drive from Romeo LeBlanc airport. There is also the Lakeside Golf Country Club only 7 minutes away by car. The house itself has every detail carefully thought out to make you feel at home, including a fully-stocked kitchen and free toiletries in case you forgot to pack something! There is no residential garage, but the driveway can fit up to 2 cars.

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.3 bedrooms with 2 bathroomFully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.Irishtown Nature Park, 9km away.
Guest access
There is no residential garage on the property, but the driveway has room for up to 2 cars. On-street parking is allowed in the summer, but in the winter it is only allowed during daytime hours. It is easiest to get around the neighbourhood with a car as it will allow you to get to downtown and other attractions quickly and easily. The nearest grocery store is Sobeys 8 minutes away by car (5km)
Other things to note
According to the rules we must provide information about our guests to the management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.- Pets are allowed in the House. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, GLOBALSTAY has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
