In addition to an unbeatable location, you are granted access to South Koala amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball courts, a BBQ area with gas grills, and on-site golf.
This breezy home away from home boasts views of two fairways from the back lanai, a wonderful spot where you can dine, play cards, and simply relax. The lanai also offers a cozy lounge area with chairs and a wet bar (sink and wine fridge). Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, offering inviting furniture and a TV with cable to keep you entertained during your stay. Whip up culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the major appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a convenient dishwasher for an easy clean up. Both bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms, however, the main suite's bathroom offers a gorgeous soaking tub along with a walk-in shower. Summary: The condo is a bit of a drive from the beach and tourist areas, but it was a nice village with beautiful views. To correct the property description, there isnt a lanai and the instructions asked us to stay off the backyard. We were on the 1st hole of the course, so i get it. There is plenty of room inside and we felt very safe. The unit could use some updates, but who spends all their time in the unit?
