This gorgeous 1100 square foot apartment with private entrance is perfect for vacation or corporate travel. It is located on the perfect Quebecois street in the heart of downtown Montreal in the beautiful Shaughnessy Village area.
The building itself is gorgeous and built in 1892, ideal for the ultimate Montreal experience! The stunning newly renovated interior details include exposed stone and brick walls and gorgeous hardwood floors, mixed with modern details, it leaves you feeling as if you staying in a stylish boutique hotel.There is a spacious living room with contemporary furniture and a brand new 50" HDTV, with Apple T.V. and bluetooth Beats Pill speaker. The dining area is furnished with an exquisite marble top Tulip table with contemporary lighting and seating for 4.
Do you like to cook? We've got you covered with a gorgeous modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas stove top, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glasses, etc). There is even a Nespresso machine! We provide a few pods, plus regular ground coffee and tea. Don't feel like cooking? A short walk away are the very best restaurants in the city!
The appealing bedroom has a queen-size bed with luxury linens that are professionally laundered and ironed. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV, fur pillows and black out blinds, perfect for an amazing nights sleep after your day spent exploring or working around Montreal. There is a large walk in closet to provide you with plenty of storage for all your luggage.
If you are a family with children please note we have recently added a pack and play pen for your use. We also have toys and plastic cups, utensils and plates.
If you are 3 or more people the contemporary couch will be made up into a comfortable double bed. It is outfitted with a gel fiber mattress topper and luxury linens, pillows and duvet. There is a large closet in the same area to store your clothes and luggage.
The bathroom has beautiful heated floors, and bath/shower with stunning stone tiles surrounding. Soft luxury face cloths, hand towels, and bath towels are provided for your stay. We provide quality Marc Anthony coconut shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We have also just added soft Gluckenstein Bath robes for the ultimate stay.
There is AC for those hot summer days and cozy heating for those cold winter nights, including heated floors in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are also in suite.
For those without a car there is a BIXI bicycle station, metro stations and train station just minutes away. For those with a car there is street parking right out front. There are numerous coffee shops, grocery stores, retail shopping (including the Alexis Nihon mall 2 blocks away), the Old Forum building, liquor store, many ethnic food stores and restaurants, sports bars, art galleries, and Old Montreal is only a 6 min drive away or 20 min walk.

This apartment is priced for 2 guests/1 bed. The price increases $35 per person/ per night after 2 guests. The 2nd bed is ONLY made up if you have booked for 3 or more guests. If you are 2 guests, yet want 2 beds, you MUST enter 3 guests.
Parking. If you require parking for your stay, there is a private spot that can be rented for your convenience at $20 per day for your stay. (Subject to availability).
