We love our Condo, because of it’s bright balcony overlooking the Pool and Palms, in the heart of Midtown Tucson.
Lovingly upgraded with New Carpeting, tile floors in hall, kitchen and both bathrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably in spacious 2 bedrooms, ideally situated in Midtown, considered to be the gentrified while convenient area of town ... within 5 miles to the University, 5 minutes to DM and close to shopping, restaurants and all the attractions of Tucson.
This condo has been maintained to a high standard with two tile bathrooms, and decorator furnishings to provide a luxurious stay. The living room and bedrooms are filled with light every morning through the windows and floor to ceiling doors that lead to the balcony. This is an elegant, quiet apartment giving you every comfort to enjoy.
As you sit on the balcony, you’ll be able to enjoy coffee, dinner or drinks overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool and clubhouse complex, complete with Fountain, Fitness Center and hot tub and lush Palm Landscape. Throughout the complex you’ll find BBQ facilities as well.

Located in the convenient and attractive Midtown area of Tucson, you have wonderful restaurants, shopping malls, the University, Davis Monthan, TMC, on your door step. If a morning walk is on your agenda, stroll along the tree lined street to Starbucks or one of the breakfast and lunch cafes. Or for supplies, Shopping is a convenient 5 minute jaunt or 2 minute ride. If you enjoy health food stores, we have Sprouts nearby as well as Whole Foods.
Whether you are coming to work, enjoy a break, or visit relatives, this is your ideal location. With 25 golf courses and 17 spas nearby, hiking trials, bike paths, museums, theaters and concerts, there is something for everyone.
It’s ideally situated with all the conveniences and attractions of the city, yet in a quiet gated complex with no noise to disturb your peace! Turn left out of the gate and stroll or jog along the tree lined street to shops and restaurants, turn to the Park Mall and more restaurants.
Or hop in your car and drive ten minutes to the University for museums, pubs, and a few minutes beyond to concert halls, outdoor films and more attractions. Be sure to visit Sabino Canyon with it’s tram ride describing local wildlife and foliage, or hiking in it’s amazing trails. They offer an hop on and off tram so that you can experience as much ir as little as you desire.

There are great restaurants and pubs around the apartment that we can highly recommend. Our ‘local’ - the Pita Monkey - is just 5 minutes walk and boasts fresh food with creative dishes. Sauce is just past that and has great summer specials with Pizza and great salads plus wine for two. You’ll be spoiled for choice!
Stores and restaurants are conveniently located near the corner at Broadway, and other shopping the both directions, so you will never run out of essentials. You’ll have pots and pans and china in the kitchen, and all linens and towels freshly laundered for your use.
QUIET, QUAINT & CONVENIENT -
The apartment is in a quiet complex, just off Broadway and Craycroft. In the main bedroom there is a King Bed for 2, and the second bedroom boasts twins made up into a king, with extra linens if you prefer to have twin beds. All linens are conveniently stored in the linen closets for your use.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fridge with a large freezer, microwave, dishwasher (and washer & dryer in its own laundry room off the kitchen) so that anyone considering an extended stay can enjoy all the comforts of home. The fully tiled bathrooms are spacious and modern and the Master Bath boasts a large oval tub/shower.
If you are considering exploring the country further afield, you can go by car to the Grand Canyon, Phoenix or California. The Tucson airport is a 15 – 20 minute drive, and the Phoenix airport is about 2 hours.

Our recent visitors suggested that we stress how nice it is to stroll or jog along the tree lined road up to Starbucks from our front door, and along the banks of the river bed just a short drive away. It's truly relaxing with it's ever changing desert foliage.

WHAT WE LIKE MOST ABOUT OUR TUCSON HOME -
We fell in love with this property because if it's Location and View overlooking the tranquil Pool and Palms. We looked at every condo complex in Tucson before choosing this particular unit. It’s central location overlooking the pool makes it a prime property. The parking is convenient and safe. The laundry located off the kitchen is a huge plus!
Not noisy, yet in the heart of everything, with unusual walkability. We especially love the BALCONY and VIEW - so special! Doors lead from the Living Room to the Balcony. You can relax there over your breakfast table, or dinner & and drinks in the evening. Light pours into the bedroom and living room. No one can peer in your window!
