Gorgeous three-level townhouse. 3 minutes by foot from the beach. 3 BR/ 2 1/2 BA. Four decks, two w/lake view. Fast wi-fi. Two TVs. In 6/20 we installed all new stainless-steel kitchen appliances, TVs, A/C, and water heater. The condo association also has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and an exercise facility. A two-car garage is on the gated side of the community, and leads directly to the townhouse. Gated access to beach from the condo association without crossing the street. Comes with beach chairs, sand castle making tools, and other gear for going to the beach. Work or play with as much isolation as you want.
NOTE: all renters must sign a lease and acknowledgement of having received, read, and agreeing to the condo association rules 10 (TEN) days before the rental commences. This is a requirement of the condo association.
