This magnificent villa is located on the banks of the Dordogne and two kilometers from the beautiful town of Saint-Julien-de-Lampon. It comes with 3 bedrooms and is ideal for a large family. It can host 5 guests and features a private swimming pool, where you can take a dip and a fenced garden for relaxing.
The Dordogne river, with the many medieval towns and castles that border it, is the ideal starting point for beautiful excursions. You can go to Saint-Julien-de-Lampon to do your shopping. A visit to Souillac (12 km) is a must. The great abbey and the church of Saint-Martin, with its large steeples, are grandiose. Another beautiful town not to be missed is Sarlat-le-Canéda (19 km), where you can admire a Renaissance theatre, among other things. If you travel the Dordogne by canoe, you can admire many castles. We recommend Milandes (33 km) and Castelnaud-la-Chapelle (29 km). The famous city of Rocamadour (40 km) is also not far away.
The house has many things to offer. You can enjoy a splendid garden surrounding the house, in which children can play in complete safety with the play equipment and the sandpit. A private swimming pool is of course also present. Inside there is a large living room with an electric organ and, above, a mezzanine with a single bed and a sitting area with a magnificent view.
