Enjoy the Mediterranean in this magnificent apartment for 4+2 people with sea views in a fabulous complex with several swimming pools and sports areas. It is located 1 km from Canet beach.
The building has an amazing top roof pool on the 20th floor terrace, with incredible views of the city and the sea. There is also another swimming pool with a children's area. The complex also offers a gym, spa, children's play area and paddle tennis court. Once in the flat, you can continue to enjoy the fabulous views from the private terrace on the 7th floor and relax with an apéritif in the outdoor dining area.
The interior of the flat is modern in style and offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The living/dining room has a TV and is open to the kitchen with induction hob. There are two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the second one with twin beds. The 2 extra guests sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
