Look no further.
Rooms include: large master BR with ensuite; 2nd BR that's attached to a hall bath; separate dining area + both a living and family room. Note: You'll find this 1 story well-apportioned home has tons of character...to include some gently sloped hardwoods! However, to manage expectations, if you're looking for granite counters and upgrades to the max, this is NOT for you.
NOTE: Please be advised we require the guest booking the reservation to 1) acknowledge and sign our short-term rental agreement and; 2) provide a copy of a photo identification (Driver's license or Passport). Please ask if this is unclear!!
CANCELLATION Info......IMPORTANT: Please review the cancellation policy in the attached short-term rental agreement. It is much more accommodating than the VRBO - provided/stated policy. As we know, life happens and we want to work with guests.
As such, If, for any reason, a Guest cancels this Agreement more than one hundred-twenty (120) days from the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $500 processing fee. If the cancellation is requested 120 days (or less than 120 days) from arrival date, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Owner will refund amounts paid, less a $500.00 processing fee.
