Traveling to Metro Charlotte for an extended work assignment? Want to be close to Lake Norman but don't want those waterfront rates? Going to Charlotte Motor Speedway? Want that 'home' feel while avoiding the doldrums of a hotel? This classic 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, 2-level brick home exudes charm and is located in the heart of Mooresville. Features include: large living/ family room, dining room, and a second floor TV/ living room. In addition, there is a nice screened-in porch, a huge back yard, roof-top deck, and a 2nd floor kitchenette (refrigerator, oven w/ cooktop and microwave). Central location allows you to walk to parks and restaurants, including Ghostface Brewery and Pizza. Very convenient to Lowes HQ and multiple Duke facilities. Plenty of parking.
This is a great option for anyone doing business in/ visiting Charlotte, Huntersville, Davidson, Concord, Sherrills Ford, Statesville, Kannapolis, or many other local areas.

CANCELLATION Info......IMPORTANT: Please review the cancellation policy in the attached short-term rental agreement. It is much more accommodating than the VRBO - provided/stated policy. As we know, life happens and we want to work with guests.
As such, If, for any reason, a Guest cancels this Agreement more than one hundred-twenty (120) days from the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $500 processing fee. If the cancellation is requested 120 days (or less than 120 days) from arrival date, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Owner will refund amounts paid, less a $500.00 processing fee.
