Thank you for considering our Sugar Beach Resorts condo.
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath non-smoking/non-vaping condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all the basic utensils that one may need for meal preparation. This unit also offers central air conditioning and smart TVs and Roku devices in both the living room and bedroom. Situated on 5 miles of beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities just steps from this unit, and later watch the sunset over the ocean from a private lanai located just off the living room. This unit is also a great area for viewing whales in Maalaea bay!
Sugar Beach is centrally located approximately 15 minutes from Kahului airport, with many great shopping and eating places nearby. Because this unit is just steps away from the beach travelers can take advantage of all the beach/ocean activities that Maui has to offer. The Sugar Beach complex also offers a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sundeck, koi pond, and BBQ grills for guests.

Summary: We travel to Maui twice a year but this is the first time staying at the Sugar Beach Resort. This condo was close to the ocean, had a great view, and was well appointed. The complex is quiet and everyone here was quite friendly. The onsite deli was a plus when we didn't feel like going out. The condo's A/C was great but not always needed as there was a great breeze that flowed through. We would have liked a table on the lanai, but we managed with the bar stools inside on the counter. We look forward to staying here again.
