THE HOUSE:
Mountain Modern Rustic Elegance describes this amazing home located at one of the highest points on the mountain...…offering great views and exclusive privacy! This house is located at one of the best locations in the resort. Excellent views! We get many compliments about the layout of the home and how it just "Works" for large groups
THE LOCATION:
Ideally located within the Massanutten resort at the very TOP of the resort but just 5 minutes away from great restaurants, ski lifts, pools, water park, and all the mountain has to offer, but far enough away to ensure a welcome escape from the crowds. This location is considered to be the "High-End" area inside the resort.
GREAT ROOM:
After using our no-key SMART lock you will walk into the home and you will be greeted by a 22-foot tall ceiling with natural lighting from an abundance of very large windows. There are 2 whisper-quiet 64-inch ceiling fans that move the fresh mountain air.
We have new custom-built industrial-style furniture and decorations throughout the home. You will also get to enjoy an enormous high-end Haverty leather sofa and love seat facing the custom entertainment center that holds the 65-inch ROKU TV with hundreds of free channels running on High-Speed internet....this is not your typical yard sale-filled rental home.....we have great custom furnishings in excellent condition.
LOWER LEVEL:
This home is twice as big as it appears in the photos because the lower level is carved into the mountainside boasting 4 nice queen size bedrooms and 2 full Jack + Jill baths (with auto-on/off lighting) connecting all 4 lower bedrooms. There is a nice game room with a pub-style table so you can enjoy sports on the 2nd 65-inch ROKU TV. The pool table and cool retro 80's-style arcade machine are both close by for some friendly competition. ! Almost everything in the home is recently new, modern, and tasteful.

THE KITCHEN AND COOKING:
•This kitchen is loaded with all the best equipment including some of the following:
Mr. Coffee and a commercial-grade Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, GIANT commercial-grade crockpot, 4 slot toaster, food dicer, mixer, NINJA blender, NINJA air fryer, microwave, and a full pot and pan set, multiple baking pans, muffin pan, baking tools, turkey pans, and tools. Full high-quality knife set, multiple large serving platters, a large quantity of coffee/drinking cups, Wine glasses, openers, a huge amount of plates, and plenty of utensils for 14 guests...we also have some Kid-friendly utensils.
•Large Premium Charcoal/Smoker Grill on the main deck
•Our enormous 10-foot farmhouse dining table was custom-designed specifically for this home. This landing strip-sized table seats 10 guests with ease....the perfect setting for great family memories. There is also a new matching kitchen island that seats an additional 2 guests only 8 feet away.
THIS HOME IS A PERFECT FIT FOR:
•Graduation Celebrations, Families with children, friends, and family reunions (especially Northern families meeting Southern families halfway), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve celebrations, couples getaways, birthdays or anniversaries, wedding rehearsal groups, ski trips, etc. Our homes are a great fit for active people who like to get outdoors and enjoy the mountains.
•We seek only high-quality guests who will treat our properties like they own them. We are not a “party” home.
•Because of continued damage You must be 30 YEARS OLD to book a reservation (no exceptions, please don’t ask)We do not rent to any kind of youth group, college-aged group, or fraternities for obvious reasons. If the signing guest is 30 and the majority of your group is under 30 years old please e-mail us before booking.
• Parents cannot book for their kids and then not be present at check-in.
•INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING:
High-quality premium bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, (16 of each per reservation) luxurious bed linens, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, 32 oz of high-quality shampoo per bath, 32 oz of high-quality body wash per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 2-trash bags.
•JMU Graduation requires a 4-night minimum stay
• Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve require a 4-night minimum night stay.
•For the safety of our guests and like any luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or school we have 2 basic security cameras. 1 overlooking the front driveway only and the 1 facing the rear wooded lot of the home with NO VIEWS into the home (Against the law). These 2 cameras are required by our commercial insurance company in case of accidents and to check to see if the driveway needs to be plowed or if our cleaner has arrived. We respect our valued guests and give them COMPLETE PRIVACY at all times! All high-quality rental homes at Massanutten have outdoor security cameras.
