This house is less than 10 minute drive from the airport and Anchorage's largest and most beautiful park, Kincaid. Stores, restaurants, and entertainment are nearby. Downtown Anchorage is within a 15 minute drive. There is ample onsite parking available for multiple vehicles.
Please note that there is only a 40 gallon water heater tank that supplies hot water. Multiple people taking back to back showers will run the hot water out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This building is a townhome style fourplex. The unit you will be renting is the largest unit, which is the "owner's unit". The manager of the property lives on site will do their best to meet your needs.
