Detached newly renovated home in Downtown Frederick with a retro flare. Over a 1000 Sq ft of livable space to be enjoyed!
Walking distance or Uber Ride to all the amazing Downtown Frederick shops, restaurants and Carroll Creek. A short drive to multiple state parks and all the award-winning wineries and breweries in the tri state area. Super conveniently located 1 mile from the highway interchange.
Single level and only step is at the porch. Three-bedroom, one bathroom. Dining room table and plenty of butcher block counter space. New natural gas stove and dishwasher. Sliding glass shower door with tiled surround.
Suitable for short term and long term stays and for singles, couples and families.
Privacy fence surrounding the entire back yard, covered back porch and ample parking

Guests can access all areas of the property except the owners shed, cabinet above the washer and dryer and locked cabinet in primary bedroom closet

Because of allergies, we do not accept pets. Also there is a school located in close proximity to the property if you are staying during the week while school is in session you may hear noises from recess.

Pots and pans are located in the lowest cabinet to the right near the back door
A vacuum / swifter/ice melt/clothing iron/and ironing board is located in the entryway closet for guest convenience
