Great family home in Spring Branch, Texas, with scenic views of the Guadalupe River and strategically located as “home base” for trips to the Hill Country. Bulverde, Blanco and San Antonio are within a 20-minute drive. Austin, Fredericksburg, New Braunfels & Johnson City are great day trips. You will enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the Guadalupe River flow by, or enjoy direct river access with a swim or bring your fishing pole to fish and catch Guadalupe Bass. Watch for the wildlife at the back door where you will see axis deer, red fox, turkeys, owls and hawks flying from tree to tree.
The home also has great internet connection with Wifi allowing you to set up your “home office” to stay in touch while still feeling like you are on vacation.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for this home is six guests including visitors. We have tried to be lenient on the number but past experiences have dictated the rule. The best time to enjoy this house is often holidays because the ranch across the river usually has fireworks, plus you can often hear the distant music of country dance halls on the weekends. There are heaters mounted to the walls and an outdoor fireplace in the winter, which extends the life of the outdoor living room. This house is an absolute gem, quiet and off the beaten path where you can truly enjoy the magic of the Texas Hill Country.
