Positive: The location is amazing. It's very close to multiple waterfalls and it's very quiet. In the summer you can relax on a small picnic and barbecue spot.
Negative: The apartment was very cold and the air-conditioning didn't really warm it up, even when turned hot. Also the bathroom and bedroom weren't heated, so they were always cold. When it's 20 degrees or more, this wouldn't have been a problem. Also, the ventilation unit above the stove didn't work, and there's no holder for the shower head. We also had multiple bugs in the house, but they were easily removed.
