Positive: Very cozy and tidy. The living room was also very nice and tidy and comfortable. There is also a rooftop where you can see the tokyo skytree which is very nice at night.
Negative: A bit hard to get a suitcase up the narrow stairs. Recommended to bring a smaller bag.
