Newly renovated, Our home with 50m2 is a beautiful red-brick Victorian townhouse built in 1905 and located in the heart of Dublin 8. It is an ideal stay for couples, friends, or families looking to get away with a touch of home comforts.
The open-plan living/dining room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a backyard where you can enjoy the fresh air.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and the second bedroom has a sofa bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated in Rialto village, minutes away from the Grand Canal, there are many local amenities in the Dublin 8 vicinity, such as excellent restaurants and cafes. Our favorites are Daddy's Cafe (5 minutes down the road in Rialto village), Alma, Bibis, Two Boys Brew, and Southbank Cafe. Our property is also within walking distance of many tourist attractions, such as the Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol, IMMA (Irish Museum of Modern Art), Christchurch, and Phoenix Park, to name a few. The LUAS is within a short stroll, taking you across the city. We also have a community garden 2 minutes walk behind the house for those interested in gardening/flowers.
The LUAS (Fatima stop) is located within a 5-minute walk of the house, and there are also multiple bus routes servicing the city center. You can also walk into the bustling town in 30 minutes or get a city bike in 9 minutes.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
