This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 16th floor with spectacular views from the comfort of your living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious attached bathroom! In the guest rooms you will find a king bed in the first bedroom and two queen bunk beds in the second bedroom. Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk.
