Island decor and a wonderful ocean view come with this spacious villa that is available for caring guests. It offers tile floors throughout, and there are retractable doors to make a private room with the queen sofa bed. Open the French doors onto the common balcony from the master suite and the great room and enjoy the sunny views of Hamilton Cove and the ocean. This villa also offers high speed internet access! Only 9 steps to the road, where you will find the golf cart parked in space 84, and a total of 1840 SF. H1784

HAMILTON COVE COMMUNITY
Hamilton Cove is a gated community, with its own security staff with at least one guard on duty at all times. Transportation within Hamilton Cove and from Hamilton Cove to Avalon is accomplished by golf cart.
Hamilton Cove community amenities, include swimming pool, spa and a gym with separate men and women locker rooms, each with its own sauna, For additional entertainment and exercise there is a croquet course, an eighteen hole putting course and two lighted tennis courts.
Hamilton Cove has three distinct beach areas stretching approximately 1500 feet. The beach areas are set up for BBQ, volleyball and other appropriate beach activities. In addition, the area immediately offshore is a kelp garden teeming with fish. This area can be enjoyed either by snorkeling or scuba diving. Many a lobster is caught just off shore during lobster season.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Hamilton Cove amenities, including pool, spa, gym and tennis courts will stay open at the discretion of Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association for the health and safety of the community. All CIVR guests must comply with all applicable State of California, County of Los Angeles and City of Avalon laws, orders and protocols including the State of California COVID-19 Industry Guidance: Hotels, Lodging and Short Term Rentals.
In addition to Hamilton Cove amenities, you will be delighted with the property’s close proximity to Descanso Beach Club, and Avalon’s finest shops, dining and nightlife, and not to mention numerous attractions the island has to offer.

Summary: This please is beautiful, large and well equipped. Eveything is new and updated, the bathrooms are amazing and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower soap. The couch and beds seemed brand new and were great. The beds were firm but comfortable, with nice linens. Amazing large balcony, with wonderful ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked, and there’s a BBQ grill outside, with loungers and seating. There were some games in the closet too. The location was great, just a short ride into Avalon and close to the casino and beach club. The place comes with a golf cart which was great. We made use of the pool and Hot tub, there’s also tennis courts and a small beach. Bring beach shoes as all the beaches are rocky. The snorkeling is great here. The listing wasn’t completely accurate, there’s 2 twin beds in one bedroom, a pull out couch in a sectioned off room off the family room, and the master bedroom is very large with a king bed. A few hiccups we had- The main bedroom shower was not draining, we reported it day 1 and maintenance didn’t come during our stay. It was disappointing and we mostly used the other shower during our stay. Hopefully this was fixed. There were no hair dryers or beach towels- we asked for a dryer and they dropped one off that evening. There was quite an ant issue, I requested some more ant bait and put them down inside and outside. By the time we left the ant situation was more under control. I would suggest keeping crumbs and food away
