Positive: Nice location, the room was nice in general. No problems with using separate bathroom with other guests. Easy to enter. Spacious kitchen and washing machines.
Negative: Honestly, all the shelves were covered with dust. Couldn't relax about that. And I am allergic to all the synthetic smells. They put some aroma sticks in the hall and all the smell came to our room. Too heavy to bear.
