Newly renovated in 2018, Hammock Dunes East is a 7- bedroom, 7-bathroom, beach-front vacation home for rent, located in Orange Beach, Alabama, with a shared 1100 square foot "zero entry/beach entry" swimming pool with ample deck space attached to a private walkway to the beach equipped with two walkway showers! Sleeping up to 26 guests, this family-friendly home is perfect for venues such as Large Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats, and, Weddings. With the gorgeous white sands mere steps away from your Gulf-front retreat, you won't need anything else! This newly renovated beach home offers plenty of space for everyone with 5400 square feet for our guests to relax and enjoy their beach vacation! Hammock Dunes is fully furnished with a full size kitchen, lower level kitchenette with living area, two ice makers, two washers and dryers, and, complimentary WiFi. Located on the 1st floor, you will find a living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Two Sofa Sleepers, a separate kitchenette, and, washer/dryer room, make up the lower common area. The lower level balcony off the common area provides access to the pool. Also on the lower level, there is a Master Suite with large sliding glass doors offering our guests an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico along with access to the lower balcony. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and en suite with custom tile, walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first guest bedroom has 2 Twin-over-Twin, and 2 Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds, sleeping 8. The second guest bedroom has 2 Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds, sleeping 4. On the 2nd floor, the main level, another Gulf-front living area with balcony access, fully furnished Chef's kitchen, and, two additional bedrooms. The first guest bedroom comes furnished with king-size bed and private en suite. Second bedroom comes with another king-size bed, and, shares a semi-private bathroom with the main living area. On the 3rd floor, is the second Master Bedroom Suite with another amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, balcony access, and, furnished with 2 king-size beds, a beverage bar, and, a very spacious, private Master Bathroom with custom tile walk-in shower. One additional guest bedroom is located on the upper floor with a king-size bed, and, en suite with a large custom tile walk-in shower and effervescent tub. With an outdoor balcony on every level of this 3-story, newly remodeled home, you could not ask for a more magnificent view of the sandy white beaches and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
