Positive: Location. We were able to stay in remodeled room
Negative: Under construction. We were able to get a remodeled room on a floor that was not yet finished. But, we felt housekeeping could have kept our area vacuumed. When we checked in, there were dirty rags on the counter for fisherman's use. Very unappealing. With construction going on and being a location for fisherman, the common areas should have been kept swept and vacuumed. Also, Parking was terrible. It is to the back of the building. Not very safe, especially with construction going on. Also, Pool was closed. We were not aware of any of these things before arrival.
