5 Bedroom Cabin in Nine Mile Falls
Relax and bring the whole family to our lake home. The property sets at 2.3 acres with over 300' feet of lake frontage. Private dock, fully fenced, lakeside patio with loungers, two fire pits, kids play structure with two slides, full PICKLEBALL court / half court basketball, BBQ, outdoor dining, private pond with frogs and turtles, separate tiny house with king bed, boat launch near by, absolutely gorgeous views around, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, easy 35 minute drive from downtown Spokane.
The home is located in TumTum, WA on Long Lake and is just over 2,000 sq/ft in size. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub shower on the main floor. The master bedroom is on the lower level along with a separate queen sized bed. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room on the lower level. The kitchen has updated appliances, updated granite counter tops and all the necessities. There is also a separate tiny house that has a small living room, king bed and deck. There are a total of five beds - three kings and two queens. Two full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom in the home is downstairs and is a converted family room. There are partitions that offer privacy but it’s not 100% private from the rest of the house. There is no door to shut. It has a queen bed and excellent views of the water.
The water front is fantastic with the majority of the lake bed being sand it is perfect for children. The water gently tapers from about 2' feet deep near the retaining wall and over 7' feet deep at the end of the dock. There is almost an acre of grass.
We do not provide water toys or inflatables but please feel free to bring your own.
This is a strict NO PARTY or event property. We have two wifi cameras on the property. One monitors the driveway and the other monitors the dock area.
The home is on well and septic system - DO NOT flush anything but human waste and toilet paper. (no "flushable" wipes)

Bringing a boat?
We keep our boat on the boat lift. You may tie your boat up to the side of the dock or connect to an anchor. We recommend launching your boat on the way to the cabin. The gate to the property is narrow and can be difficult to pull a larger boat through. You are responsible for any damage caused to the gate and or boat. The driveway is big enough to pull your empty boat trailer in and park out of the way.
Pickleball equipment is provided - net and four paddles.
