Per the HOA, cars must be parked in the garage with the door shut. There is no street parking. Free parking is available at the parking lot at the Inn at Harbor Shores. The fine levied by the HOA is $250 for the infraction and will be incurred by the guest. We will remind you prior to your arrival of this rule.
Rental agreement, HOA document with car make, model, and license plate number to be filled out and signed, and a $500 deposit is required. Your safety is a main concern. A MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS, 8 MAXIMUM INCLUDING INFANTS/TODDLERS.
- No pets allowed.
- Please do not wear shoes inside the home.
- No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown.
Check-in is at 4PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10:00AM. You will be charged an additional $25 for every 15 minutes late for check out unless pre-approved by the host.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of safely.
- There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
- The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
- For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. - If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
- It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Please adhere to the following pool rules and warnings to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:
- No lifeguard on duty
– Swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool, including the backyard.
- No running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool area.
- No diving or jumping into the pool.
- No glass containers in the pool area
– Use plastic or shatterproof alternatives.
- Proper swimwear is required
– No cut-offs, jeans, or street clothes.
- Please shower before entering the pool to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen.
- No pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
- Keep the pool area clean
– Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
- No smoking in or around the pool area.
- No excessive noise or loud music
– Be considerate neighbors.
- In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager immediately.
By following these rules and guidelines, you'll help ensure a safe and enjoyable pool experience for everyone - Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
- No video productions without written consent from property owner.
The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. - Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will.
