This coveted complex consists of 3 individual cottages - Atocha, Pilar, and African Queen - which can be rented separately as well. Each cottage is named after historic ships that travelled often to Key West. Enjoy the relaxing, tropical outdoor area that features a plunge pool with a water feature and an outdoor dining area.

The interior of these 3 units comes with no detail overlooked. Each bedroom offers large flat screen Smart TVs, bedside lighting with charging outlets, full length mirrors, and comfortable Queen beds with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The quiet, split-unit air conditioners will keep you cool throughout the night.
The living areas for these 3 units offer barstool seating, kitchenettes with mini-fridges to keep your beverages cool, and microwaves to heat up leftovers. The spacious and eloquently designed bathrooms boasts tasteful decor and offer granite vanities and newly tiled walk-in showers.

Getting Around:
Parking: please be advised that there is no designated parking at this property, however, there is a pay for parking lot across the street and another one located at Grinnell St nearby.
There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, scooter, golf cart, rideshare, or by foot. As this unit is located in the Historic Seaport district in Key West, many attractions are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
- This property does not have a full kitchen. Only a mini Fridge, Microwave, & Keurig.
- Laundry: There is no on-site laundry at this property
- Pets are welcome, but please let us know if you are planning to bring your furry friend(s). Please note that we do have a couple of requirements in place to keep our properties in tip-top shape.
- Pets are to be no more than 40lbs.

Summary: This property worked out fantastic for us. We had a large group for a bachelorette. We occupied the whole compound utilizing all 3 villas. The court yard with small pool was so cute and we loved sitting there and chatting about our previous night as a group while sipping our morning coffee. The rooms were super cute, clean and fit us all comfortably (we had 12 girls). We needed to contact the property managers a couple of times and they answered quickly and serviced our requests in a very timely fashion. The cleaners for this property were also so great to us. We arrived a little earlier than check in but they allowed us to leave our luggage so we could walk around and the same for check out which was HUGE for us. This location also couldn’t have been better. This quite literally is a hideaway giving you great privacy while being a 1 minute walk from the popular area of Duval st and also right across from the shops and restaurants along the dock (and down the block from Dante’s pool party!). I would recommend this property to anyone but especially large groups. Thank you for such a memorable weekend!
