1st FLOOR
- Master bedroom: King bed and separate full bath w/ pool view
2nd FLOOR
- 2nd Master bedroom: 2 Queen beds, in-room full bath w/ pool view
- 3rd Bedroom: King bedroom, shared bathroom w/ pool view
- 4th bedroom: Two bunk beds with four twin beds, shared bathroom w/ pool view
In addition, the couch in the living room can comfortably sleep 1-2 people. We don't recommend 12 adults as we have 2 sets of bunk beds meant for kids.
DRUGS
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at Palm Haven.
PARKING
We allow up to five cars. We have two driveways that can fit two cars apiece. Please do not block the side-walk.
We permit a maximum of five cars. Three between the two driveways and two in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors houses and let us know if you plan to have more than the accepted cars so we can help accordingly. If we receive any complaints about excess cars then guests will be fined $500 for each occurrence.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, Palm Haven does not allow parties, receptions, or events. Please reach out to the owner for an exception.
The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM. Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 am. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside or being loud after 10pm, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the city noise ordinance. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking Palm Haven, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music and hang out. We have hurricane windows and doors so you can not hear cars or most other outside noise. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.
POOL
No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool or soaking tub.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Beach Oasis, its owners, and agents of the property will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries
The heated pool is set at 85 degrees year-round. There will be an additional $50 fee per day if you would like the temperature to be higher (up to 95 degrees).
Note that it can take up to 24-48 hours to reach your desired temperature. The length of time to reach temperature is highly dependent upon the weather.
We try our best to make it available for you during your stay but in the event that the pool heater is under maintenance or not working, there will be no refunds.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our pool service comes twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Fridays). Our landscaping team comes once a week (generally Wednesdays).
PETS:
• We allow a maximum of two (2) pets not weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation
No swimming in Lake Osborne as dangerous wildlife may be present and boat traffic poses a risk to injury.
SECURITY
To help secure Palm Haven, and for your security, the front-yard and back-yard areas contain outward-facing Ring camera and lighting systems. We want our Guests and Palm Haven to be as safe as possible.
SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside Palm Haven at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $500 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
TRASH/RECYCLING
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash appropriately. We will send messages the days you are responsible for taking the trash and recycling to the curb. After the city picks up the trash and/or recycling it is your responsibility to take the cans back towards the house. If you arrive and there’s cans at the curb, it is your responsibility to bring them back off the curb and to the house in their designated spots.
Trash days are Tuesday and Friday and recycling day is Monday
Trash and recycling should be disposed of in an orderly manner with the bins closed and not overflowing. If this is not possible, please let us know. If trash and recycling procedures are not followed, guests will be fined $500.
TEMPERATURE
The second-floor thermostat is in the hallway near the queen bedroom. The second-floor thermostat is at the top of the stairs in the hallway. The air conditioner (AC) is new and makes it a bit colder than the temperature listed. Please keep the temperature between 70-75 degrees.
Please close the windows and doors if you are running the AC.
TV
There is NO CABLE TV service at Palm Haven. Smart TVs (Rokus) are provided in many rooms and in some outdoor locations.
Use the remote to enjoy your favorite app for TV-type content. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, etc. Remember to log out of your apps prior to your departure.
Palm Haven is located on the north end of Lake Osborne in the greater community of the City of Lake Worth with a population of 37,000 residents.
Only 5 minutes east by car is downtown Lake Worth. Its two streets of local merchants, restaurants and bars feel like old-school Main Street USA updated from the 1960s with its' own unique Florida flare. A few more minutes east and there is Lake Worth Pier, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, and Palm Beach Island. Benny’s on the Beach is well known for its great sunrise breakfast.

GETTING AROUND
AIRPORT ACCESS
Palm Haven is easily accessible by flying into West Palm Beach (PBI) airport, about a 10 minutes’ drive, and the larger Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) airport is an easy 40 minutes’ freeway drive. Miami International (MIA) is a little over an hour away.
HOUSE LOCATION
Palm Haven is located about one half-mile off of I-95 at the 6th Avenue exit. This quick freeway access makes it easy to travel north or south and get to your favorite sites, beaches, and destinations. You can hear some traffic from 6th avenue when you are outside. Inside we have hurricane windows so you cannot hear outside noise. From the backyard, the street sounds like white background noise but we have a fountain that creates a soothing water sound and we turn the TV in the Tiki hut onto the ocean wave sounds when we are relaxing outside.
TRANSPORATION
Lyft and Uber services are readily available from your smartphone app. Taxi services is also available in the area.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms in Palm Haven, the backyard heated pool, tiki hut, outdoor bar, and grilling areas.
Other things to note
BUGS & CRITTERS
Be mindful that Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid. It’s the reason you’re visiting right?!
As such, there is a variety of insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that can call Palm Haven home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, or chameleon in or near the residence. This is normal for Florida.
Insects should be removed. A frog or chameleon left alone will depart on its own. Take a selfie with the critter! We provide a bug zapper next to the backyard fountain. Please do not leave this plugged in overnight and only use it as needed.
