The private office is a perfect space to work from home. The three bedrooms are down the hall, with the master in the rear. Massive king bed and luxury sheets and linens overlooking the stunning backyard oasis. Watch TV from bed. The spa like bath is has a new soaker stand alone tub, walk in shower shower and walk in closet as well as double sinks. This master alone is a vacation retreat. The two twin bedrooms are ample sized and share a beautiful bath with a tub and shower combo. You will love the black accents throughout the baths, very impressive.
Outside is a backyard oasis. The splash pool is the centerpiece. It can also be fenced for any protection necessary. There is a BBQ and a firepit area for evening enjoyment. Splash. Thinking of booking November-April? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim. As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.
This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.
