This fantastic pool home has a fully equipped kitchen, includes all bedding and towels, and includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach canopy, coolers, and a beach wagon to haul it all. You will love the heated pool in the screened in lanai. The open air privacy is amazing and the wild life in the back yard never ends. Three very comfortable bedrooms plus a den with a pullout couch. There is also a workstation in the den if you need to get some work done. Plenty of parking in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will feel like you are in the country, but convenient to anything that you can imagine.
There are no extra charges for pool heat or electricity. The pool is warm and comfortable, and there is enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and anything else that you can think of to last during your stay. This house is fully equipped and comfortable. Enjoy yourself and relax.

Summary: My husband and I have stayed in several Vrbo homes in the area but this was by far our favorite. The home was very nice and had everything we needed including very comfortable beds and 5 TV's. The pool was wonderful! We had some cool weather during our stay but the pool was always kept at a warm temperature. We swam in it almost every day and my grandchildren visited and had a great time. Tom and Gretchen were very helpful and when the pool needed a repair they worked around our schedule and even reimbursed us for the 2 days we couldn't used it. The neighborhood was friendly and safe for walking. Also a short drive to the bridge to downtown Ft Myer. My favorite thing was waking up in the morning to the beautiful sunrise over the backyard meadow and watching various Florida birds and ducks in the stream that ran behind the yard. The worst part was having to leave! Would highly recommend!
