Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Summary: Its hard to spend quality family time when we are all so busy with day to day life. My adult children and grandbabies spent 4 days in this beautiful house just slowing down and spending time together. The property was beautiful, exactly what we needed. The location was perfect. Close to gulf, close to shopping and activities. The property was exactly what was portrayed in listing. Check-in/out was simple and easy. Instructions for entire process sent by emails were easy to follow and answered with genuine care and attention. Highly recommend using Coastal Retreats for your next vacation!
