Beautiful newly renovated Villa located in a very quiet street in the heart of Playa del Inglés, 300m from the Yumbo Centrum and 5 min from the beach promenade. The house has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds so you can rest as you deserve. Two bedrooms with a double bed, both with air conditioning and another bedroom with two single beds, all of them with a 42 'TV; two full bathrooms with hair dryers; a living room with a chaise longue sofa convertible into a wide and comfortable bed, air conditioning and 42 ’tv with international channels; a dining room and a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with all the comforts. From the living room there is access to a terrace with a table where you can enjoy your meals outdoors or simply to rest in the shade in a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and a multitude of plants. It also has a solarium area with hammocks to enjoy the Canarian sun throughout the year and another closed terrace with sofas to relax. You have at your disposal a barbecue to spend a good day.
