This tastefully remodeled coastal modern 2 bedroom / 3 bathroom property features beautiful bamboo hardwood floors, custom modern finishes and windows, making it polished and airy. The living room with marble fireplace is light and bright, and opens to the brand new beautiful kitchen. The remodeled kitchen features beautiful Carrara quartz counters, custom cabinetry with a tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. A spacious laundry room with a door to the exterior is perfect for coming in from the beach after hosing off in the outdoor shower. On the second floor, there is a spacious game room with a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, and some home gym equipment. There's also a small brightly lit office area. A private patio is located upstairs perfect for entertaining under the stars. There is a beautiful master suite with a large closet, sun deck and a brand new remodeled bathroom. The master bathroom is the serene sanctuary of the home.
