This second-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Summary: The condo was a nice place for a long weekend. I would probably return because it was spacious, had a beautiful pool, and was a great location. The shower heads had good water flow and the large deck was enjoyable and overlooked the bay. I only gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5, because there was dog poop outside our door when we arrived, but someone cleaned it up shortly after. The bag of linens from the prior renter was still sitting outside our door. The floors made our feet black if we walked barefoot inside, so we wore flip flops most of the time. There was food left in the freezer from the prior renter, which I threw out when we arrived. The top bed of the bunk beds didn’t have a comforter, but luckily we brought an extra blanket that our kids could use. Overall, a nice place, despite a few minor inconveniences.
